Form EL131 (voter registration) is required to be on file before a ballot can be issued.

- PLEASE REMEMBER: the State of Wisconsin now requires you to show a photo ID for absentee and in-person voting. Please have your photo ID ready when you come to vote.
- PLEASE REMEMBER: There is no voting on the Monday before ANY election in the State of Wisconsin.
