Applications & Forms

Permits are required in the Town of Sheboygan. Permit costs vary depending on the type of project. Please call the Town Hall at 920.451.2320 for specific cost estimates. If there is electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work being done, a review and permit are also required. See the Applications & Forms section of the website to print the application forms.

All Permits need to be submitted to the Town of Sheboygan Town Hall, 4020 Technology Parkway or email your filled-out permit application(s) to peggy@townofsheboyganwi.gov Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:00 am -4:00 pm, Tuesday 7:00 am -5:00 pm.  The Town Hall is closed on Fridays.
